"Open box" refers to furniture/decor/soft good items that have been previously purchased and then returned, overstock or lost/refused shipment, resulting in them being opened and no longer in their original packaging. These items are typically sold at a discounted price because they are no longer considered "new" and may have slight cosmetic damage or signs of use. Some items may also require leveling, which can be remedied by using felt pads or other methods. Since these items are sold as-is and do not come with their original packaging, all sales are final.
