The Binder VDL53 safety vacuum drying oven is designed to ensure maximum safety when drying organic solvents. The Binder VDL53 provides fast and gentle drying with direct heat transfer through large thermal conducting plates. This unit features a controller with time-segment and real-time programming, inert gas connection, shatterproof and spring-mounted safety glass panel, pressurized instrument panel with compressed air connection, pressure control device for heating activated < 125 mbar, and a flame protection gasket.

Most of our equipment is used and reconditioned. Our technicians test ovens using a calibrated digital chart recorder to verify the accuracy of temperature controls and readouts and run the unit under vacuum to ensure chamber integrity. We typically leave an oven under vacuum for 24 hours to make sure the pressure holds. We replace any hardware or parts as is necessary and clean all incubators thoroughly prior to shipment.
